Since 1983.
Started as a Detroit-area Lotus owners' phone tree in the early eighties. Forty-two years later, we're 31 chapters across North America, over a thousand owners, and a member-run board. The cars have changed. The people kept showing up.
Mission
Why we exist.
Lotus Ltd. exists to keep North American Lotus ownership alive — the cars, the community, and the institutional knowledge that comes with both. We're a member-run nonprofit, not a corporate fan club. National doesn't dictate what chapters do; chapters dictate what national supports.
Simplify, and add lightness. — Colin Chapman
Chapman built cars that needed to be driven well to be appreciated. The club was built the same way. Showing up matters. Driving matters. Being part of a chapter that does both is what membership is for.
