When does the membership renew?
Annually on the date you joined. Auto-renew is on by default — disable it from your account dashboard any time.
What's the $10 setup fee for?
One-time at signup. Covers the welcome packet (printed ReMARQUE back-issue, decal kit, member-number plate) shipped to your address.
I'm not in a chapter. Can I still join?
Yes. National membership doesn't require chapter affiliation. You can join, ride along on chapter events, and decide later whether to formally affiliate.
Can I join from outside North America?
Yes, though some benefits (Hagerty discount, Traveler's Assistance Network) are US/Canada only.
What if I want a refund?
30-day refund window from signup. After that, prorated refunds available if you cancel mid-year.
Do you have a family or household plan?
Not currently. We may add one in a future cycle — board feedback welcome.
